Since we don’t ship physical products therefore, return policy is currently not applicable to us. However, our refund policy lasts 07 days. If 07 days have passed since your order, we can’t offer you a refund. A full refund will be provided if we (Temperate farming) is unable to provide you with the required service. Maximum of 6% will be deducted from the total amount as service charges by our payment gateway (Rayzorpay) for managing the refund.
